We rely solely on donations. Every cost of running this sanctuary — hay, farrier work, veterinary care, senior feed — is covered by supporters like you and the volunteers who give their time.
They only know morning came, breakfast was waiting, and they were still home.
Whispering Winds Animal Sanctuary provides a permanent home for senior, special-needs, and previously unwanted horses, dogs, and cats. We don't adopt out. We don't foster. Once they come through our gate, they're home.
Every gift helps provide hay, feed, veterinary and farrier care, medications, and the everyday necessities that allow our residents to live the rest of their lives safely at Whispering Winds.
Monthly gifts help us plan for the expenses that don't stop when a fundraiser ends — hay, feed, medications, veterinary and farrier care, and the everyday needs of our sanctuary residents. Even a small monthly gift provides something incredibly valuable: consistency.
Our donation form (powered by Zeffy, at no transaction cost to us) offers both one-time and monthly giving — just choose what works for you.
